Halloween and a Couple Extra

Ok, I know that Halloween was almost a month ago, but the last post I did really made me not very excited to mess with the new "updates" that Blogspot decided to do. I finally just set it up so that I could download pictures the old way. If anyone has any suggestions on how to work the new one, let me know!

Justin's work always throws the funnest holiday parties for the kids! These are the costumes the boys wore for the party, well Max did, after the pictures Sammy wanted his off. Sammy was this last year and I got him a Spiderman costume for this year, but he wanted to wear this again. Max is Pablo off of The Backyardigains. Anyone with little kids will probably know who this is. Max LOVED his costume! He walked around waddling saying "Waddle waddle waddle waddle." It was so adorable! That is why I took so many pictures of him! He just looked so cute!

They always have a bouncy castle at the parties. I think they are so dangerous, especially when Max gets in with the big kids, but they love it. I just never take my eyes off of my boys.

Sammy and the boy on the right were screaming so loud. The boy on the left was going crazy trying to get them to stop. Sammy finally ended up having to sit in the corner because no matter how many times I told him to stop, he and the other kids would keep going. Silly kids.

The games.

My DARLING penguin!

Don't you just want to squeeze his cheeks!!

Silly Sammy!
A couple days before Halloween, we made our way to our favorite place in England! It is the place that has the Maize Maze, the Rectory Farm. They have a wonderful place where you can pick out your own pumpkin, carve it and then they clean up the mess! Brilliant! After you carve your pumpkin, you can go play on the peddle cars and bouncy castles. The boys had a blast! OK, Justin and I like the peddle cars too!

The also have a cafe' called The Old Dairy Cafe'. It is delicious food! We get the Full English Breakfast which consists of toast (brown bread), sausage, baked beans, "bacon" which is more like ham according to American standards, and two halves of a grilled tomato. It is so good, a bit salty, but oh so yummy!
Picking out the perfect pumpkins.
Max looking a little apprehensive about the scary tunnel.

Pumpkin guts on our hands, it must be Halloween!
The finished product.
Daddy and Max on the peddle cars.
Sammy absolutely LOVES these things! He would stay on them forever if he could!
Max and I splashing through the puddles.
This is Halloween night. The boys were so excited to finally get to put the pumpkins outside and light the candles. And no, I am not the Grinch who stole Halloween. I hung up the sign because we were going to see firework and I didn't want people ringing our doorbell the whole time we were gone. It drives Bogart crazy!
Patiently waiting for the fireworks. I made calzones so we could have a picnic while we watched the fireworks.
Daddy playing with the boys.
The fireworks. They were really good. It got pretty cold, but we bundled up nicely and I got to snuggle with you cute little Max!

Just a few random, but fun pictures.

First I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE our missionaries here in Cambridge! We are lucky enough to have two sets in our ward. We have a set of Elder and a set of Sisters. This is Sister Garcia from Spain. We had her and Sister Milner over for dinner to celebrate Sister Garcia's birthday. I love having them over, they bring such a great spirit with them!

The boys and there Sunday nap. I was laying where Max is, but after I brought him downstairs so he could wake up, he fell back to sleep on me. I managed to slip out without him waking up so I could finish dinner, he didn't seem to even notice. We love our Sunday naps!

I was in the kitchen making dinner when I peaked in on Justin and Max. This is what I saw!

What a sweet daddy!!!

I LOVE all of those pictures. That Max may be the cutest little penguin I've ever seen. I wish I could have seen him in person and pinched those cheeks! And I love Sunday naps too. You guys are so great. Can't wait to see you on Thanksgiving!
